摘 要:白丰A是用60Coγ射线诱变保持系Ⅱ-32B干种子,筛选叶色突变体并与Ⅱ-32A杂交和连续回交转育而成的苗期携带白化叶色标记的不育系.白丰A苗期第1~3叶表现叶缘白化,从第4叶开始转绿.利用这一特性在苗期即可鉴别并剔除杂交稻种子中的不育系自交种,从而有效地提高杂种纯度.白丰A的不育性、开花习性、主要农艺性状、稻米品质性状、抗病性、配合力均与Ⅱ-32A相似.该不育系已于2003年8月通过浙江省鉴定.Baifeng A, a new rice CMS line with a green-revertible albino leaf color marker, is developed through crossing and successively backcrossing Ⅱ - 32A with the leaf color mutants derived from the radiation-induced maintainer line Ⅱ - 32B by gamma rays. The 1^st to 3^nd leaves of Baifeng A are white in color. From the 4^th leaf on, the leaf color is normal in green. Meanwhile, the white-colored leaves also recover gradually to green. Through this characteristic of Baifeng A, it is easy to distinguish and remove the selfed seed plants of the CMS Line from the true F1 hybrid seed plants early in seedling stage, thus the purity of hybrid rice can be increased effectively. Baifeng A is similar to Ⅱ - 32A in male sterility, flowering habits, major agronomic characters, rice grain quality, disease resistance and combining ability. This new CMS line was technically identified in August, 2003 in Zhejiang Province.
