腹腔镜手术对卵巢良性肿瘤及瘤样病变患者红细胞和淋巴细胞免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察卵巢良性肿瘤及瘤样病变患者腹腔镜手术前后红细胞免疫和T淋巴细胞亚群的变化。方法:以红细胞C3b受体花环率(RBC-C3bRR)、红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RBC-ICR)、肿瘤红细胞花环率(RBC-TRR)及CD3、CD4、CD8细胞作为观测指标,测定47例卵巢良性肿瘤及瘤样病变患者术前、术后第1天和第3天免疫指标的变化。结果:卵巢良性肿瘤及瘤样病变患者腹腔镜术后第1天上述免疫指标虽有轻度障碍,但没有显著性意义,术后第3天恢复。结论:卵巢良性肿瘤及瘤样病变患者手术前后红细胞免疫功能和T淋巴细胞亚群免疫功能无明显变化,是患者手术后恢复快的免疫依据。Objective： To study the effect of laparoscopy on human immune system of erythrocyte and T-lymphocyte subpopulation in the patients with benign ovarian tumor or tumor-like lesion, Methods： The immune function of erythrocyte and T-lymphocyte subpopulation in 47 patients with benign ovarian tumor were studied, that the rate of RBC-C3b receptor rosette （RBC- C3bRR）, RBC immunocomplex rosette （RBC-ICR）, tumor-RBC rosette （RBC- TRR） and CD3, CD4, CD8 cells as observation index. Results. On the first day post - operation, immune function of erythrocyte and T-lymphocyte subpopulation in these patients were degraded slightly with no significance, and recovered to normal within three days. Conclusions： Laparoscopy has no significant effect on human immune system of erythrocyte and T-lymphocyte subpopulation. Our study provide immune evidence for immediate recovery after laparoscopy.
