摘　　要：介绍了超声波电机的基本原理及分类。概述了前苏联、日本、美国以及国内的超声波电机研究和应用情况,分析了超声波电机建模的研究进展和实际困难。This paper analyzes the basic theory of ultrasonic and gives its classification, then presents the late research aeeomplishment and applieation trend in USSR,Japan,USA,and China. At last points out the progress and diffieulty about motor control and dynamic model.
