摘　　要：介绍一种采用T I专用于电机控制的TM S320LF 2407A DSP芯片完成超声波电机的驱动和控制的设计方法。设计的驱动控制电路已用于某专用超声波电机的样机驱动。试验结果表明,采用TM S320LF 2407A对超声波电机的驱动控制方法可靠性较好,同时增强了系统的灵活性,大大缩减了驱动电路的体积。In this paper, a design adopted by TMS320LF2407A DSP to drive and control an ultrasonic motor is introduced. This circuit is used in a special ultrasonic motor system. The results of experiments shows that adopting TMS320LF2407A can not only improve the ability of the driving and controlling system of ultrasonic motor but also enhance the dadptation of the system. In the same time,the volume of the circuit is reduced largely.
