摘  要:采用翻耕和翻耕并筑池的物理修复方式对乳山湾西流区面积约为8.67hm2的老化滩涂进行了修复和缢蛏养殖实验。实验从2003年3月投播蛏苗到2004年7月成蛏收获,共进行了16个月。结果表明,(1)翻耕30、45cm和翻耕筑池3种修复方式均显示出一定的效果,修复区缢蛏生物量分别比对照区高0.33、0.26和0.59kg/m2,平均壳长分别高1.9、1.4和6.1mm。3种修复方式中,以翻耕筑池的效果最佳。(2)修复区和对照区缢蛏产量与底质中硫化物和有机碳的平均含量大致呈线性负相关关系,与平均泥温的关系不明显。During March, 2003 to July, 2004, the experiment on restoration of aged beach for culturing Sinonovacula constricta with the area of about 8.67hm^2 in western Rushan Bay was carried out. It started from seedling planting and ended to adult harvesting and had lasted around sixteen months. Two modes on restoration of aged beach were adopted, one is beach ploughing, the other is beach ploughing and damming. The experimental results showed. (1)Among the three modes of beach restoation, the restoration effectiveness of beach ploughing and damming was the best, ploughing depth with 30cm came second and ploughing depth with 45cm was the worst. When harvesting, the abundance of Sinonovacula constricta at the three restora- tion areas was 0.59 kg/m^2,0. 33 kg/m^2 and 0.26kg/m%2 higher than that at the control area, respectively. The average shell lengths of them at the three restoration areas were 6. lmm, 1.9mm and 1.4mm higher than that at the control area, respectively. (2)There was a linear negative correlation between the yield of Sinonovacula constricta and the mean contents ofsulfide and organic carbon in sediment, and no evident correlation between its yield and mean earth temperature was found.
