摘  要:按照优良鲜食枣质量标准、感官质量标准、测试质量标准和综合性状进行比较分析,确定鲜食枣优良品种90个。按照区域或省份统计比较各区域的鲜食枣特征,结果表明,河北(含北京)、山东,陕西、山西2个区域的鲜枣品种规模最大,并且著名的品种也较多;新疆、宁夏、甘肃的优良鲜食枣品种少,但有一定的发展潜力;河南鲜食枣规模化生产的品种不多;辽宁省的优良鲜食枣品种最少。Through comparing and analyzing, 90 varieties of fresh jujube were selected based on quality criterion, aesthetic quality criterion, testing quality criterion and synthetic properties of fine fresh jujube. By analyzing on statistics of fresh jujube in regions/provinces,it was found that 2 regions around Hebei (including Beijing)-Shandong and Shaanxi-Shanxi are large in production scale and rich in famous variety. Regions around Xinjiang,Ningxia and Gansu have developmental potential. Henan has less varieties of fresh jujube with large production scale, and Liaoning has the least varieties of fresh jujube.
