摘 要:在全面综述了松毛虫、蝇蛆、蚕蛹、黄粉虫、蝉、掸子虫等虫类甲壳素的开发现状的基础上,对虫类甲壳素/壳聚糖资源的开发前景进行了分析,认为在当前壳聚糖资源供不应求的情况下,开发虫类壳聚糖资源具有重要的现实意义;同时,虫类壳聚糖系列功能食品的开发对于虫源食品的开发及其产业化也具有一定的促进作用。The development situations of chitin and chitosan from Dendrolimus spp. , larva of housefly, pupae of silkworm and tussor, Tenebrio molitor, cicada and Kronopolites svenhedini were reviewed. Perspectives on the development of chitin or chitosan from insects were discussed, and it was pointed out that it was necessary and important to develop the chitin or chitosan from insects not only because the chitosan resource was in short supply in China, but also because the development of insect-foods would promote the research and development of insect chitosan-based foods.
