癫痫血小板活化因子测定及与脑电图的相关性

摘　　要：对３０例癫痫患者，分别于发作后７２小时内及发作缓解期进行血浆中血小板活化因子（ＰＡＦ）检测，并同时作脑电图（ＥＥＧ）检查。发现，发作后７２小时内血浆中ＰＡＦ高于正常组，发作缓解期正常。ＰＡＦ升高者，ＥＥＧ多数异常。提示ＰＡＦ参与癫痫的病理过程。In this paper,platelet activating factor(PAF)and EEG were measured in 30 cases with tonic-clonic epilepsy in 72 hours and intermitting period respectively. The result suggested that PAF in episode was higher than that of controls and PAF was normal in intermitting period. Most EEGs were abnormal in patients with high PAF in blood.It indicates that PAF may take part in the pathological process of epilepsy.
