摘 要:旨在探明核仁组成区嗜银蛋白(AgNORs)在诊断喉部良、恶性肿瘤中的临床价值。采用AgNORs银染技术对声带息肉、喉乳头状瘤及喉鳞状细胞癌各10例进行银染制片,并采用电子计算机图像分析系统对AgNORs数目、细胞核面积、颗粒形态因子平均值、颗粒面积/核及银染面积占核面积的比值五项参数进行定量学观察。结果显示,喉癌组织中颗粒形状因子渐次低于喉乳头状瘤和声带息肉,而其它四项参数则渐次高于喉乳头状瘤和声带息肉(P<0.05)。提示:AgNORs数目增加和形态改变有助于客观判断喉部良、恶性肿瘤的性质。The Argyrophil proteins of the nucleolar organizer regions (AgNORs) were studied for distinguishing the benign and matignant tomors of larynx. AgNORs were investigated by a silver dye in polyp of vocal cord papilloma and carcinoma of larynx (10 cases in each group). Five parameters as the number of AgNORs, area of cell nucleus, mean shape factor of siliver granule, area of the granule, and ratio of AgNORs to the nucleus were measured quantitatively by a computer image analysis system. The results showed that the mean shape factor of silver granule in carcinomas was lower than that in polyps and papiliomas, while the other four parameters in carcinomas were significantly higher than those in polyps and papillomas (P<0.05). This study indicated that the number of AgNORs increase and shape of AgNORs decrease may be useful for diagnosing the benign and matignant tomors of larganx.
