摘　　要：目的观察小梁切除术后滤过泡对角膜和泪膜的影响.方法1998年10月～2002年8月施行抗青光眼小梁切除术术后形成滤过泡者共42例(45眼).术后3月复诊观察,观察指标包括眼部异物感,干涩感,畏光及流泪症状,裂隙灯显微镜角膜荧光素染色检查,泪膜完整性检查.结果局限隆起及过大悬垂的滤过泡可导致明显的眼部不适症状,角膜和泪膜的结构和功能受损.结论抗青光眼滤过手术后滤过泡对角膜和泪膜的结构和功能有影响.Objective To investigate the influence of filtering bleb on tear film and corneal function after trabeculectomy. Methods 42 cases （45 eyes） were followed up after trabeculectomy from October 1997 to August 2002. They were divided into 2 groups, Group Ⅰ： flat diffused filtering bleb （23 eyes）, Group Ⅱ： localized swollen and large suspended filtering bleb （22 eyes）. The symptoms of foreign body sensation, dryness, photophobia and tearful, tear break-up time and fluorescein staining of cornea were recorded. Results The ocular symptoms and signs were manifest and tear film function were significantly decreased in group Ⅱ, Conclusion The filtering bleb after trabeculectomy can lead to tear film and corneal abnormalities apparently.
