摘　　要：本文认为,在市场经济条件下,加强企业民主管理,应进一步提高对民主管理的认识,明确行使民主权利的范围和职工行使民主权利的机构并将其制度化,充分调动广大职工参与民主管理的积极性和创造性,从最基层的班组抓起,加强民主管理教育,立足企业实际,不断拓展企业民主管理新形式。The author maintains that, in the market economy, to strengthen corporate democratic management, we should, first, fully understand the significance of democratic management; second, clarify the scale that we can exercise the democratic rights and the institution that will help the employees to exercise their democratic rights, and realize institutionalization; third,fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of employees; strengthen the education of democratic management; constantly explore more other democratic management systems.
