摘  要:目的:探讨血清一氧化氮(NO)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)在高血压性脑出血(HIH)病人头痛条件下的变化。方法:分为四组进行观察,其中HIH合并头痛者(头痛组)31例,HIH无头痛者(对照组)30例,健康人(正常组)30例,单纯偏头痛者(偏头痛组)30例。测定血清中NO含量用硝酸酶还原法,测定IL-6采用ELISA法,测定TNF-α用放射免疫法。结果:血清NO、IL-6、TNF-α含量比较,头痛组、对照组、偏头痛组较正常组均明显升高,但头痛组较对照组及偏头痛组升高更显著。出血量的多少与血清NO、IL-6、TNF-α含量无明显关系。结论:HIH病人早期血清中NO、IL-6、TNF-α显著升高,合并头痛者升高更显著,但与出血量的多少无关。Objective:To determine whether serum nitric oxide (NO), IL-6 and TNF-α levels correlated with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HIH) combining headache. Methods: Four groups including HIH combining headache ( n = 31 ), HIH without headache ( n = 30 ), migraine group ( n = 30 ) and healthy group (n = 30) were observed. Using nitric acid enzyme deoxidization , enzyme linked immune absorption and radioimmunoassay, the serum levels of NO, IL-6 and TNF-α were determined respectively. Results : Compared with the healthy group, the serum NO, IL-6 and TNF-α levels of the other three groups were significantly increased ; in addition, those of HIH combining headache group was significantly higher than HIH headache-free and migraine group. There were no significant relationship between the amount of hemorrhage and the serum NO, IL-6 and TNF-α levels. Conclusion: Serum NO, IL-6 and TNF-α levels in HIH patients are significantly elevated, especially under the condition of headache, but is not associated with the amount of hemorrhage.
