摘 要:研究了麦草浆漂白的木聚糖酶处理工艺对麦草浆漂白性能的影响。结果表明,木聚糖酶处理的最佳工艺条件为:温度45℃,pH值5 4~6 5 ,浆浓5 % ,处理时间60min ,酶用量5IU/g浆。无论酶处理在漂白前还是漂白后进行,均有助于提高浆料的白度和强度,而得率均有所下降;漂白后酶处理与漂白前酶处理相比,得率下降较多,白度提高3 5个百分点,并比不用酶处理高出5 4个百分点,且对撕裂指数提高较大;而漂白前酶处理对纸浆的裂断长和耐破指数提高较多。Xylanase was used to enhance the bleaching of wheat straw pulp. The process of the treatment with xylanase from Trichoderma reesei Rut-30 and effects of xylanase treatment before and after bleaching on the properties of wheat straw pulp were investigated. The results indicated that the suitable conditions for xylanase treatment were:temperature 45℃, pH value 5.4 - 6.5, pulp consistency 5 %, time 60 min, enzyme dosage 5 IU/g. The yield of the pulp treated with xylanase before bleaching or after bleaching droped some extent compared with the control pulp, and the yield drop of the pulp with xylanase treatment after bleaching was even worse than that of the pulp with xylanase treatment before bleaching; the brightness of the pulp treated with xylanase after bleaching increased 3.5 units( SBD) and 5.4 units( SBD) compared with the pulp treated with xylanase before bleaching and the control pulp respectively. The breaking length and bursting index of the pulp treated with xylanase before bleaching were higher and the tear index was lower than that of the pulp treated with xylanase after bleaching.
