摘  要:用TEA CO2激光烧蚀方法制备了NiSO4/Ni(Ac)2纳米粒子,其化学成分与靶材原料十分相似,其中含少量Ni2O3.当采用被靶材物质直接吸收的激光谱线9P(18)、9R(18)时,纳米粒子的保成分性较好,得到粒径10~20nm、分散性良好的圆形粒子,其功率密度阈值为1.6×108w/cm2,其反应机理主要是共振吸收以及激光支持爆轰波的作用;当采用不被靶材物质直接吸收的激光谱线10P(18)时,得到粒径为20~25nm、分散性良好的方形粒子,其功率密度阈值为1.9×108w/cm2,其反应机理主要是自聚焦和内爆轰的作用.当其它条件相同时,功率密度较大则粒子的粒度更细.Nanoparticles of NiSO4/Ni (Ac)2 were made by ablation of TEA CO2 laser, the chemical composition of which was very similar to that of their target materials,and a little Ni2O3 was contained. A good property of preservingcomposion was abtained, while the laser lines of 9P ( 18 ) and 9R ( 18 ) absorbed directly by target materials were used; and round nanoparticles of size 10 ~ 20nm ,well dispersed, were prepared. The threshold of laser power density of these lines was 1.6 × 10^8w/cm^2. The reaction mechanism was the effects of resonant absorption and laser supported-detonation wave. While the line of 10P (18), not absorbed derectly by target materials, was used, square nanoparticles of size20 ~ 25nm,well dispersed,were prepared. The threshold of laser power density was 1.9 × 10^8w/cm^2. The reaction mechanism was the effects of serf-focussing ang inner-detonation. When the other conditions were the same, the higher the power density was, the finer the nanoparticles could be obtained.
