Effect of Enzymes Preparation Supplementation in Diets with Wheat on Digestion and Microflora in Growing Pigs

摘  要:选用108头体重约20 kg的杜×长×大三元杂交生长猪,随机分组,采用2×3试验设计研究了日粮中小麦含量和NSP复合酶的添加对生长猪养分消化率与直肠pH值和微生物区系的影响。结果表明:(1)日粮中小麦含量对生长猪养分消化率与直肠pH值和微生物区系有显著影响(P<0.05)。含小麦50%的日粮Ⅲ与不含小麦的日粮Ⅰ相比,生长猪的粗纤维、粗蛋白、干物质和能量的表观消化率分别降低23.10%(P<0.05)、16.50%(P<0.05)、13.14%(P<0.05)和8.66%(P<0.05),直肠双歧杆菌数和乳酸杆菌数分别降低了31.95%(P<0.05)和35.46%(P<0.05),大肠杆菌数和沙门氏菌数分别提高了173.84%(P<0.05)和156.81%(P<0.05),且含小麦25%的日粮Ⅱ与含小麦50%的日粮Ⅲ之间以上各指标差异均显著(P<0.05)。(2)NSP复合酶对生长猪养分消化率、直肠pH值和微生物区系有显著影响(P<0.05)。添加0.025%NSP复合酶的日粮与不加酶的日粮相比,生长猪的粗纤维、粗蛋白、干物质和能量的表观消化率分别提高46.19%(P<0.05)、10.88%(P<0.05)、11.68%(P<0.05)和5.18%(P<0.05),直肠双歧杆菌数和乳酸菌数分别提高了43.02%(P<0.05)和33.80%(P<0.05),大肠杆菌数和沙门氏菌数分别降低了52.14%(P<0.05)和62.11%(P<0.05),但复合酶的两个添加水平(0.025%和0.05%)之间以上指标均无显著差异(P>0.05)。在本试验条件下,不同小麦含量日粮中添加NSP复合酶有利于提高生长猪的养分消化率,改善生长猪直肠微生物菌群,其中生长猪日粮中小麦含量以25%左右较为适宜,复合酶的适宜添加水平为0.025%。One handred and eight heads of crossbred Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire piglets were selected randomly and divided into 9 treatments (3 duplicates per treatment, 4 piglets per duplicate with the male/female 1:1 ) to evaluate the effect of wheat ratio (0%, 25%, 50% ) and NSP enzymes supplementation (0, 0.025%, 0.05%) on nutrient digestibility and rectal pH and microflora of growing pigs by 2×3 factorial design. The results showed that: (1) Dietary wheat ratio had significant effects on nutrient digestibility and rectal pH and microflora of growing pigs (P〈0.05). Digestibility of CF, CP, DM and GE for growing pigs decreased by 23.10% (P〈0.05), 16.50% (P〈0.05), 13.14% (P〈0.05), 8.66% (P〈0.05) and rectalBifidobacterium and Lactobacilluys numbers decreased by 31.95% (P〈0.05), 35.46% (P〈0.05), respectively,but rectal E. coli and Salmonella numbers were 173.84% (P〈0.05), 156.81% (P〈0. 05) higher in diet Ⅲ with 50% wheat than in diet Ⅰ without wheat respectively. There were significant differences between diets with 25% wheat and diets with 50% wheat in all the above index. (2)NSP enzymes supplementation had significant effects on nutrient digestibility and rectal pH and microflora of growing pigs (P〈0.05). Digestibility of CF, CP, DM andGE for growing pigs increased by 46.19% (P〈0.05), 10.88%(P〈0.05), 11.68%(P〈0.05), 5.18% (P〈0.05) and rectal Bifidobacterium and Lactobacilluys numbers increased by 43.02% (P〈0.05), 33.80% (P〈0.05), but rectal E. coli and Salmonella numbers were 52. 14% (P〈0.05), 62.11% (P〈0.05) lower in diets with 0.025% NSP enzymes than in diets without NSP enzymes respectively. However, there were no significant differences between the two levels (0.025 % and 0.05 %) of NSP enzymes in all the above index.
