摘 要:根据提供的背景资料建立了自动化车床生产工序较为合理的管理方案。将检查间隔与更换刀具间隔作为时间t的函数S1(t)与S2(t),整个车床寿命周期内的总费用作为目标函数,通过求解泛函极值问题得到:(1)当单位时间的损失费C1增大时,检查周期S1(t)就相应地缩短;(2)当检查费C2增大时,检查周期S1(t)相应地延长;(3)当工序出现故障的概率增大时,检查周期S1(t)相应缩短。According to the background information, this paper has established a reasonable management scheme of auto-lathes. We take the inspect interval and the interval of changing cutting tool as the function of time t, that is S1 (t) and S2 (t), and the total cost in entire lathe life period as the objective function. By solving the functional extreme problem, We make the conclusion as follows. (1) when the loss cost C1 being increased in unit time,the inspect period S1 (t) will be shorten correspondingly; (2) When the inspect cost C2 being increased, the inspect period S1 (t) will be prolonged correspondingly; (3) When the probability of working procedure trouble being increased,the inspect period S1 (t) will be shorten correspondingly.
