摘 要:用马来酸酐对邻甲酚醛环氧丙烯酸酯进行酸改性,考察了3种催化剂及其用量对反应的影响.用红外光谱法表征了以酸改性产物配制的油墨的紫外光固化过程,合成了4种结构不同的预聚物,并分析了预聚物及活性单体的含量对涂膜表面干燥性的影响.结果表明:催化剂的催化活性从强到弱依次为四甲基氯化铵、三苯基磷、三乙胺;四甲基氯化铵的用量(质量分数,下同)以1.0%为佳,所配制的油墨具有较好的光敏特性,曝光15 s 时,双键的转化率达81.78%;以酸改性邻甲酚醛环氧丙烯酸酯为主体配制的油墨具有较好的表面干燥性,其分辨率达50μm;活性单体的用量为10%-15%时,涂膜表面干燥性较好.The effects of three catalysts and their contents on the modification reaction of o-cresol formaldehyde epoxy acrylate with maleic anhydride were investigated. The process of UV curing of the ink prepared by the acidmodified o-cresol formaldehyde epoxy acrylate was then characterized by means of FTIR. Moreover, four prepolymers with different structures were synthesized. The influences of these four prepolymers and the monomer content on the surface drying property of the ink membrane were finally analyzed. The results show that: (1) the catalytic activities of the three catalysts decrease in the order of tetramethyl ammonium chloride, triphenyl phosphorous, triethylamine; (2) with the appropriate content (mass fraction, the same below) of tetramethyl ammonium chloride, that is, 1.0%, the prepared ink possesses good photosensitivity, with the conversion of unsaturation bonds amounting to 81.78% after a 15-second exposure; (3) the ink with the acid-modified o-cresol formaldehyde epoxy acrylate as the main body is of good surface drying property, whose resolution achieves 50μm; and (4) with the monomer content ranging from 10% to 15%, the ink membrane possesses good surface drying property.
