摘　　要：目的检测圆锥角膜患者的房水中可溶性Fas(sFas)和可溶性FasL(sFasL)的质量浓度,并与正常人进行对比分析,探讨Fas系统对圆锥角膜发病机制的影响。方法应用ELISA法分别对圆锥角膜患者房水和血清,正常人房水和血清中的sFas和sFasL质量浓度进行检测,并对所得数据进行两样本均数t检验和回归关系分析。结果圆锥角膜患者房水sFas和sFasL均较正常人质量浓度降低,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);圆锥角膜患者与正常人血清sFas和sFasL质量浓度的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);圆锥角膜患者与正常人房水sFas和sFasL质量浓度的回归关系无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论圆锥角膜患者的房水sFas和sFasL均较正常人质量浓度降低。因为sFas和sFasL可以导致由Fas系统介导的凋亡下调,故推测房水中sFas和sFasL质量浓度的降低使角膜组织细胞的凋亡异常增加,从而导致了角膜的变薄前突,形成圆锥角膜。Objective To detect the changes of sFas and sFasL in aqueous humor of keratoconus and analyze the influence of Fas system on the pathogenesis of keratoconus. Methods Twenty-five aqueous humor samples and 25 serum samples from the patients with keratoconus were collected to detect the concentration of sFas and sFasL by ELISA assay ,and the concentration of sFas and sFasl were compared to those of normal person by t test and the analysis of regression relation. Results The concentration of sFas and sFasL in aqueous humor of keratoconus was （553.84 ± 49.11 ） and （228.51 ± 80. 30） pg/ml respectively and was significantly lower than those of control eyes （ 670. 15 ± 185.35 pg/ml and 329. 44 ± 116.70 pg/ml ） （ t = 3.02, P 〈 0. 01 ; t = 3.43, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Concentration of sFas and sFasL in serum was （ 661. 36 ± 105. 82 ） pg/ml and （ 408.53 ± 118.95 ） pg/ml in keratoconus patients respectively without significant difference compared with normal controls （695.70 ± 80. 10 pg/ml and 403.41 ± 61.38 pg/ ml） （t = 1.51 ,P 〉0. 05;t =0. 23 ,P 〉0. 05）. No statistical significance of regression relations were found in sFas and sFasL levels in aqueous humor hetween keratoeoaus and normal controls（ P = O. 916 ,P = 0. 532）. Conclusion The decline of sFas and sFasL in aqueous humor perhaps induce the apoptosis of corneal cells,and it may be involve in the development of keratoconus.
