摘 要:应用线性组合算符和幺正变换研究了在量子阱和抛物势作用下的柱型量子点中弱耦合磁极化子的性质.对AgBr量子点的数值计算表明:量子点中磁极化子的基态能量、激发态能量以及激发能均随特征频率、回旋共振频率的提高而增大;随柱高的减小而增加,且柱高愈小,增加速度愈快;激发态能量随温度的升高而增加.这些结论说明,由于量子点的受限和磁场的增大以及温度的升高使量子点的极化加强.The properties of a magnetopolaron with electron-LO-phonon weak-coupling in cylindrical quantum dot, which was in quantum well and parabolic potential, were investigated by using the linear combination operator and unitary transformation methods. Numerical calculations for AgBr quantum dot indicate that the ground state energy,exited states energies and exited energies all increase with increasing characteristic frequency and cyclotron-resonance frequency,and with decreasing cylindrical height, the smaller the cylindrical height is, the faster they increase. Numerical calculation also indicates that excited state energy increases with increasing temperature. These indicate polar of quantum dot is enlarged with increasing confinement of quantum dot, magnetic field strength and temperature.
