晒黄烟内生菌株筛选及对青枯病生物防治

摘　　要：为了防治烟草晒黄烟青枯病,从湖南宁乡烟区分离烟草内生细菌菌株160株,32株对青枯菌有抑制作用,其中001,009,011抑制效果最好.经鉴定,001为枯草芽孢杆菌,009与011为短芽孢杆菌.田间试验5种内生菌的防效以011,001效果最好.In order to control tobacco granuvue wilt, 160 endophytic bactaria strains isolated from tobacco cultivatod area in Ningxiang County.Thirty-two endophytic strain had inhibit action to Ralstonia solanacearum. Of which strain 001, 009, 011 were more effective. Strain 001 belong to Bacillus subtilis while, strain 009 and 011 belong to Bacillus brevis. Control of 5 endophytic bacteria in field, 011 and 001 strains were more effective.
