摘　　要：目前越来越多的卫生法学专家主张通过医事仲裁来解决医患双方的争端。其中最重要的原因就是医事仲裁实现 了对医疗纠纷鉴定和裁决的有机结合。从医事仲裁自身的专业性、经济性、快捷性等固有特性出发，阐述了将鉴定与仲裁合 二为一的必然，并对仲裁过程中有关鉴定的相关法律问题做了探讨。Today more and more health legists suggest to resolve the contradiction between the doctors and the patients by medical arbitration. The most important matter is that identification incorporate with judgment perfectly in the medical arbitration. This article will tell you the specialty, the economical efficiency and the rapidity of the medical arbitration. It the also tell you that the incorporation of arbitration and identification in resolving the medical issues is very necessary. At the same time, some legal problems about identification in the medical arbitration will be discussed in this article.
