摘　　要：目的 了解《医疗事故处理条例》(简称《条例》)对医务人员的思想、工作、学习的影响。方法 随机抽取常熟 市872名医务人员；调查采用社会心理行为学的定量方法。结果 大多数医务人员能对《条例》认真学习或通读全文或学习与 自身关系密切的章节，在选择医疗事故处理方式时，77． 98%的医务人员选择用法律来保护自己：78． 54%的医务人员认为心理压 力增大；73． 79%的医务人员曾遭受过病人辱骂，30． 27%的医务人员曾遭受过行为攻击，导致38． 99%的人表示工作自信心下降； 责任重，工作量大，58． 51%的人认为工作紧张。结论需要认真学习《条例》，适应法律制度；提高自身素质，强化人文关怀， 改善医疗环境，合理体现医务人员的劳动价值，建立风险基金制度或投保医疗责任事故险，使医务人员放下包袱，充分发挥才 智，更好地为患者服务。Objective evlauation the effects of “Medical Malpractice Handing Regulations” on medical practitioners in terms of psychology, work and study. Method 872 medical practitioners working in Changshu were seleced at random. The investigation was carried out with the quantitative method by the principles of socio-psychology. Result the mafority of the medical practitioners have studied “Regulations”, either by reading the whole document or reading the chapters most revevant to their jobs. When inquired about the handing of medical accieents, 77.98% of them choose to seed legal protecition, 78.54% report increased psychological pressure, 73.79% have ever gone through humiliation from the patiects and 30.27% have been physically attacked, which leads to reduced confiednce level among 38.99% of the subjects. Still another 58.51% consider the job demanding and stressful. Conclusion recommending careful study of “Regulations” to adapt to the legal system; medical practitioners improving their skills and conduct and parients paying due respect to ensure a harmonious and humane relationship between the two parts and to imporve the working environment; establishing trust fund system or having malpractice insurance to unburden the medical practitioners so that they can do their best to provide medical service.
