摘　　要：如何高效地压缩医学图像,以便减少存储空间和传输时间,已经成为迫切需要解决的问题。在分析现有的图像压缩方法和医学图像特点的基础上,针对医学图像有损压缩方法和无损压缩方法各自的不足,研究了一种基于ROI(Region of Interest)的医学图像无损压缩方法。In order to reduce storage cost and transmission time, an efficient medical image compression scheme is necessary. Some medical image compression methods and attributes of medical image were discussed, and a medical image compression scheme was developed, medical image compression with lossless regions of interest. The problems oflossy image compression and lossless image comoression are overcome.
