摘 要:为制定中国血沉参考值标准(温氏法)提供科学依据,本文研究了中国健康成年人的血沉参考值(温氏法)与5项地理因素之间的关系,发现海拔高度是影响血沉参考值(温氏法)的最主要因素,随着海拔高度的逐渐增大,血沉参考值(温氏法)在逐渐减小。用数学回归的方法推导出了10个一元回归方程和2个多元回归方程。如果知道了某地的地理因素,就可以运用回归方程估算这个地区的血沉参考值(温氏法)。依据血沉参考值(温氏法)与地理因素的依赖关系,以海拔高度为主要根据,参考其它地理因素和人口密度分布状况,把中国分为青藏区、西南区、西北区、东南区、华北区、东北区等6个区。In order to supply a basis for uniting the reference value standard(wintrobe) of Chinese ESR,a research is made on the rdationship between the reference value(wintrobe) of ESR and five geographical factors in China.which are determined by the way of wintrobe laws.It is found that altitude is the main factor affectig the reference value(wintrobe) of ESR.As altitude increases gradually,the reference values(wintrobe) of ESR decrease gradually.Appling the method of mathematical regression analysis,ten formulae of univariate regression equations and two formulae of multivariate regression equations are given.If geographical index values are obtained in some area,the reference value(wintrobe) of ESR of this area can be reckoned using the regression equations.Furthermore,according to the similarity of ESR values,taking the altitude as the main dividing basis and considering effects of other geographical factors and population distribution,China canb divided into six regions:Qinghai-Xizang region,Southwestern China,Northwestern China,Soheastern China,Northern China and Northeastern China.
