摘 要:在工程系统研制中,产品可制造性评价研究面临的主要问题是研制过程的复杂性、系统结构的复杂性、创新性和制造的高风险性,可制造性评价的目标是解决和控制制造风险。针对可制造性评价面临的问题,根据系统论和工程系统论原理和方法,提出了一种可制造性评价策略。该评价策略包括阶段化的可制造性评价过程和层次化的评价内容。To deal with the problem of product manufacturability evaluation in Engineering System Development (ESD), a manufacturing evaluation strategy of ESD based on principles and method of system theory and engineering system theory was proposed. It was mainly faced with problems such as complexity of development process, complicacy of system architecture, great creativity and high manufacturing risks. The objective of manufacturability evaluation was to solve and control the manufacturing risks. The strategy consisted of evaluation process of individual phase and hierarchical evaluation content to solve the complexity of lifecycle and system architecture, an evaluation method to deal with the complexity of system architecture and great creativity, and hierarchical evaluation criteria. It could help to combine the manufacturability evaluation with the design auditing.
