国际灰市场对跨国经营企业的经济影响分析

摘  要:在我国国际贸易业务中,灰市场交易已有表现。因此,必须加强对灰市场理论的研究,以指导跨国经营企业抵御灰市场的侵扰。灰市与白市的差价是推动灰市场和灰市顾客进行发市交易的根本动力,也是灰市场存在的根本原因。灰市利益分配是通过灰市顾客首先得益的形式进行的。灰市场交易日趋活跃,必然打破国际性商品的需求平衡,跨国经营企业可能面临停产或降价等损失。最为主动和长远的办法是调整企业的经营策略,主要解决价格差异问题,灰市场便难以形成。In international transactions in China, gray market transactions have e merged to some extent. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance a theoretical research on the gray market to guide transnational enterprises to protect against the attack of the gray market. The difference of prices is the essential motive force for the existence and transactiones of the gray market. The increasing vigor of gray market transactions inevitably upsets the supply - demand balance of international commodities, leading to the potential reducing of prices or even close - down of transnational enterprises. In order to avoid the development of the gray rnarket, an initiative and long - term approach to be taken is to adjust operational strategy of enterprises with the aim of solving the problem of differ ence of prices.
