摘　　要：探讨医院的内涵建设问题。提出医院内涵建设的基本思路是以构建和谐医患关系为目标,通过加强管理,挖掘潜力,优化结构,提高素质,走优质、低耗、高效的质量效益型发展道路。To explore the inner construction of hospital. The basic thinking ol tuner constructton of hospital aims at building up harmonious relationship between patients and medical staff by strengthening management , exploiting potentialities, perfecting construction, improving quality and taking the way of stressing quality and benefits.
