糖尿病性白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨糖尿病性白内障进行超声乳化联合人工晶体植入手术的临床效果。方法:选择28例(28眼)糖尿病性白内障行超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术,并设28例(28眼)非糖尿病性白内障行超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术为对照。糖尿病患者术前内分泌专科治疗,空腹血糖控制在8.3mmol/L以下。结果:糖尿病组患者术后并发症高于非糖尿病组,但经过正确处理,两组术后视力无明显差异。结论:糖尿病患者只要有效控制血糖,行白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术是安全的,但术后血糖的控制十分重要。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in diabetics. Methods Phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation were carried out in 28 cataract patients with diabetics （28 eyes） and 28 cataract patients without diabetics （28 eyes） given the same operations were designed in control group. The patients with diabetics were treated by the department of endocrine and the level of fasting blood glucose was controlled bellow 8.3mmol/L. Results There were more postoperative complications in cases with diabetics than those with no diabetics. But after correct treatment, there was no significant difference in vision between the two groups. Conclusion If the level of betics is controlled effectively, phacoemulsification combined be safe. Nevertheless, it is very important for us to control the fasting blood glucose in diawith intraocular lens implantation in diabetics will level of fasting blood glucose after operation.
