摘　　要：目的研究p15、p16与p53基因在人脑胶质瘤中的表达及与胶质瘤恶性表型的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学技术检测73例脑胶质瘤中p15、p16与p53基因的表达。结果随着胶质瘤恶性程度的增高,p15、p16基因的表达阳性例数减少,p53基因则相反。结论提示p15、p16与p53抑癌基因在胶质瘤的发生、发展过程中起重要作用。Objective To study the expression of p15 gene, p16 gene and p53 gene,the relationship in them and malignant phenotype of human gliomas. Methods The expression of p15 gene, p16 gene and p53 gene were detected in 73 cases of glioma by using immunohistochemical technique. Results Negetive expressional cases of p15 gene, pl6 gene in creased paraUes with the elevation of glioma malignant degree,but p53 gene opposte.Conclusion It is indicated that p15 gene,pl6 gene and p53 gene might play and important role in the development and transformation of brain gliomas.
