摘　　要：为寻找经济适用的合成方法,对非洛地平合成的重要中间体2-(2,3-二氯亚苄基)-乙酰乙酸甲酯的合成工艺进行了探索,对浓硫酸催化法和哌啶-冰醋酸催化法在不同温度和时间条件下进行了考察。We have made a research in the synthesis technics of Methyl 2,3-dichlorobenzylideneacetylacete in order to find an economical and proper synthetic method. It is an important intermediate to felodipine. We also made an observation of catalystic methods for concentrated sulfuric acid and pyridine glacial acetic acid at different temperatures and different time.
