摘 要:玉米的抗旱机理十分复杂,其中适应干旱的形态结构特征是玉米长期进化的结果,通过生理代谢调节也是玉米适应抗旱的有效手段之一。玉米抗旱性是由多基因控制,呈现典型的数量遗传。对玉米抗旱机理及其基因工程改良的最新进展作了系统的介绍,并探讨了今后玉米抗旱性研究发展方向。Mechanism of drought resistance in maize ,which is very complex ,is the result of continual evolution in maize. Physiological and biochemical regulation is also an important means resisting drought in maize. Drought-resistance of maize is controlled by polygene and is typical quantity genetics. This paper described the progress in morphological character and physiological and biochemical mechanism under drought resistance in maize, and reviewed the study on heredity and improved maize's drought resistance by genetic engineering. Developing direction of drought resistance in maize in future was discussed.
