对民营科技企业发展现状的思考

摘　　要：随着我国加入WTO和社会主义市场经济体制的逐步完善,民营科技企业正面临着新一轮发展的良好机遇。但是,在民营科技企业发展中的一些带有共性的深层次的问题日益显露,制约了企业的发展。为此,从民营科技企业的内外部环境进行分析,继续完善企业制度和贯彻实施各种政策法规,为企业的良性发展创造一个公平竞争环境。With accession to the WTO and socialist market economy system is perfect gradually, the private scientific and technological enterprise is facing a new round opportunity of development. However, the private scientific and technological enterprises appear some profound questions with generality recently, and have restricted the development of enterprise. So, basis on the inside and outside environment analyze the private scientific and technological enterprise, continue perfecting the enterprise system and implement various kinds of policies and regulations, create a fair competition environment for benign development of the enterprise.
