海洛因依赖及其照看者生活质量状况的临床对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨海洛因依赖者及照看者的生活质量状况。方法采用生活质量量表(WHO QOL-100)对海洛因依赖者及照看者的生活质量进行评定与分析。结果依赖者及照看者的生活质量与正常人群有极显著性差异(P<0.001),照看者与依赖者生活质量明显相关。结论依赖者及照看者的生活质量均明显低于正常人群。Objective To explore the quality of life between heroin addict and their care-givers. Method A random study was done in 186 heroin addict in-patients, the WHO QOL- 100 was used as research instruments. The care -givers of heroin addict were also received assessment of the quality of life. Results The quality of life between heroin addict and their care - givers were significantly lower than that of Chinese adult norm（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. There was significant positive eorelation between the quality of life of care - givers and heroin addict. Conclusion The quality of life between heroin addict and care - givers were signifieandy lower than that of norm.
