肿瘤标志物TSGF的检测及其临床应用

摘　　要：目的评价肿瘤特异生长因子(TSGF)对恶性肿瘤的诊断和疗效判定价值。方法用分光光度法测定154例多种恶性肿瘤患者血清中TSGF水平,并与45例良性肿瘤及正常对照组进行比较,对其中42例恶性肿瘤治疗前后进行血清中TSGF检测,以判定疗效。结果恶性肿瘤患者血清中的TSGF水平显著高于良性肿瘤(P<0.001),良、恶性肿瘤明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05或<0.001);治疗后恶性肿瘤患者血清中的TSGF的含量较治疗前多明显降低(P<0.05或<0.001)。结论TSGF是一种对恶性肿瘤诊断和疗效判断的有效、广谱、使用方便的有价值的肿瘤标志物。Objective To evaluate the value of Tumor Specific Growth Factor （TSGF） in diagnosis and following up the therapeutic effect for malignant tumors. Methods TSGF in serum of 154 cancer patients and 45 benign tumor patients was tested with spectrophotometric method, and were compared with that of normal controls respectively. TSGF in serum of 42 cancer patients were separately measured in patients with ant-treatment and post-treatment for comparing on therapeutic effect. Results The level of TSGF in serum of cancer patients was significantly higher than that in the benign tumor cases, and that in all tumor cases were remarkably higher than that in the controls. The level of TSGF in malignant tumor patients with post-treatment was lower than that in patients with ant-treatment. Conclusion TSGF is a valuable, convenient tumor mark in diagnosis and determining therapeutic effect for many cancers.
