摘　　要：建立了基于资源基础的科技型中小企业的国际化动态模型,并结合国内科技型中小企业进行讨论,为国内科技型中小企业的国际化提供借鉴。The resource-based theory is adapted to study the international process of small and medium-sized enterprises, but the dynamic process has not received enough attention. This paper establishes the dynamic .model based on resourcebased theory, and applied it to domestic high-tech small and medium-sized enterprises.
