摘　　要：基建维修工程审计是高校内部审计的有机组成部分。笔者结合工作实际,论述了基建维修工程审计的一些基本内容及方法,同时也提出了审计工作中存在的一些困惑与问题。The auditing of construction maintenance project is one organic part of the internal auditing of universities and colleges. The author, through some actual work experience, puts forward some primary contents and methods of construction maintenance project auditing, and some problems during the auditing.
