摘　　要：本文通过分析我国当代高等教育办学体制的内涵,介绍了我国高等教育办学体制发展的历史和现状,从对高等教育办学体制改革中的制度安排分析出发,进而探讨了高等教育的投资者、举办者、规制者之间的关系与责任,并对未来我国高等教育办学体制的市场化、多元化、竞争性和合作性的可能趋势特征作了展望。The paper begins with both an investigation into today＇s higher education systems of China and an introduction to the history and present situation of Chinese higher education systems, and then goes on with the analysis of the timing of the inauguration of the policies concerning the Chinese higher education reform. After probing into the relationship among the higher education investors, universities and the higher education policy makers, and into their respective duties, the paper tries to foresee the possible features of the market -orientation tendency, diversification, competition and cooperation in the future Chinese higher education.
