武术运动对学龄前儿童素质教育的影响

摘　　要：武术是我国民族传统体育项目,有着悠久的历史,武术内容丰富多彩,拳种众多,风格各异,适合不同的人群演练。今天,武术的多种功能性,深受广大群众喜爱,它不仅具有增强体质、防身自卫、修身养性的功能,而且还具有弘扬民族精神、娱乐休闲、以拳会友等功能。儿童经常进行武术学习与训练,能够培养其尊师爱友,勇于吃苦,奋发向上,乐于助人,热爱祖国的思想品质。在我国特别重视少年儿童的素质教育的今天,通过幼儿武术教育对学龄前儿童进行素质教育,尤其显得重要。开展幼儿武术活动对儿童的身体、智力、创造力、情感、美感、社会性等因素的和谐发展具有积极作用。Martial arts,a traditional athletics in excellent race in our country item, has got the long history, loved by large crowd, martial arts contents plentifulness are colorful, each of style, it not only has the building up physical endowment ;rod defending the body self-defense, practice moral culture the function that cultivate mental poise, but also can enhance the ethos. The childen usually proceed the martical arts study and train, can educate friend, brave to bear suffering, resolve to succeed, take delight in thought quality that helping other and loving passionately motherland. Pass the infant martial arts education to proceed to the ex-child in school age the character educate, at fly nowadays soon the information ages that develop, seem to be the importance particularly. Open the exhibition infant martial arts activity to have the positive effect to the harmonious development of the body, intelligence, creative power, emotion, pleasant impression,social ect. factor of the child.
