网络环境下开展定题信息服务的障碍与对策

摘　　要：从用户信息的保密性、信息资源的有效管理、馆员自身能力、图书馆与用户的互动性四个层面着手,分析了网络环境下定题信息服务出现的一些障碍,提出了解除障碍的相应对策,并且对网络环境下开展定题信息服务流程进行了系统设计。The paper firstly analyzes the barriers on periodical information service carried out under the circumstances of the network from the four aspects, the secrecy of users＇ information, effective management of information resources, the competence of the librarians and the interaction between the library and users. Seconedly, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to eliminate those barriers and a systematic design for the said service is offered.
