高校新生心理健康检测与分析——以温州大学为例

摘　　要：采用SCL-90心理评定量表对我校2003级、2004级新生进行测试,对所得结果进行多维度比较分析,得出大学新生心理健康总体水平、性别差异、科系差异等一系列结果。并在此基础上提出大学生心理健康教育的几点思路:1、扩大心理健康教育宣传,提高学生对心理咨询重要性的认识;2、建立新生心理健康档案,分类处理;3、开展以发展性咨询和障碍性咨询相结合的形式多样的心理咨询;4、建立大学生心理危机干预系统。To learn the psychological health condition is the basic work for the psychological health education for college students. We tested the freshmen of grade 2003 and 2004 with the method of SCL-90 psychology evaluation test in this research, compared and analyzed the results from many aspects, thus drew a series of conclusions of the general level, gender difference and subject difference of psychological health of freshmen. And we put forward several points of psychological health education of freshmen on this basis. 1. Enhancing the publicity of psychological health and improving student＇s knowledge to the importance of psychological consulting. 2. Establishing documents of psychological health for freshmen and managing them in categories. 3. Implementing various psychological consulting in the forms of the combination of the expansibility and barrier of consultation. 4. Establishing a psychological emergency system for college students.
