摘　　要：疾病研究和新药开发有赖于有效的实验性动物模型的建立和应用。该文阐述了目前在药理学研究中常用的几类抑郁症动物模型,并对模型的原理及其应用作了介绍,最后对未来发展抑郁症动物模型提出了一些设想。Study of disease and new drugs mainly depends on animal models. The paper expounds some common used experimental animal models of depression in the pharmacological studies, introducing the models＇application and principle, and brings forward presumption about the models＇further study.
