摘　　要：A novel pentacyclic triterpenoid, petatrichol B, was isolated from the rhizome of Petasites tricholobus. Its structure was established by means of spectroscopic analysis （EIMS, HRSIMS, IR, 1D NMR and 2D NMR）.A novel pentacyclic triterpenoid, petatrichol B, was isolated from the rhizome of Petasites tricholobus.
