摘　　要：规范的信息披露,是维护证券市场公开、公平、公正的根本保证。我国上市公司信息披露存在失真、不及时等不规范现象,严重影响了我国证券市场的健康发展,损害了投资者的利益。通过对上市公司信息披露的各种违规操作及成因的分析,提出解决上市公司信息披露违规问题的对策。Standard securities market information disclosure can safeguard the publicity, fairness and justice of the There are many non- standard information disclosure phenomena, such as information infidelity, not in time and so on, in our country. These problems seriously affected the development of securities market and harmed the benefit of investors. In this paper, we dissected the contravened operation of information disclosure, and put forward solutions to these problems.
