摘　　要：我国民事诉讼的起诉条件比较严格,对当事人不公平。认为原告和本案有无利害关系不应作为起诉的条件;应当赋予人民检察院对公益诉讼的主体资格;对原告在起诉时提交的起诉证据的要求应当简化;对当事人选择管辖有错时应当进行必要提示。The indicting condition of civil lawsuit is exact in our country. It is not equitable to the client. It should not be taken as the indicting condition whether the plaintiff is an interested party. The People＇s Procuratorate should be conferred the status of the principal agent in a public welfare lawsuit. The requirement to the plaintiff for start a lawsuit should be simplified.
