摘　　要：自福建省建瓯科技兴竹战略实施以来,竹林质量明显提高,经济效益显著增长。并带动了竹笋加工业的发展,从重视产量到质量和适应国际市场的需求为目的。目前,建瓯竹产业得到了长足进展,实现了科研与企业联姻,从竹笋加工废弃物提取物入手,提高了笋资源的综合利用。Since the strategy of developing bamboo by science and technology was implemented in Jian＇ou city, Fujian province, the quality of bamboo forest has been explicitly improved and economic benefits has increased. Meantime, bamboo shoot processing industry has been correspondingly growing , oriented to to quality rather than output and demands of international market. Nowadays, bamboo industry of Jian＇ou has made a considerable progress in not only application of scientific research results into enterprise production but also in improvements of comprehensive use level of shoot resources by extracting wastes of bamboo shoot processing.
