摘　　要：项目管理是一项复杂的系统工程,其核心集中表现在项目领导上。有效的领导不仅是项目顺利展开的重要条件,也是战略目标最终实现的组织保障。本文分析了领导风格与员工成熟度之间的关系,揭示出领导行为模式的周期性规律。探讨了组织成熟度及管理风险对领导功能水平的影响,同时通过说明领导行为的时间范围受项目生命周期阶段约束,建立了功能水平与项目活动的对应关系。最后,提出了领导方式的选择策略和改进途径。The project management is a complex system, and its core focuses on project leadership. The effective leadership is regarded as not only a significant prerequisite of project, but also the organizational guarantee to realize the strategies of the project. At first, the paper reveals the periodical rule of leadership behavior by analyzing the relationship between leadership patterns and the follower＇s maturity. Furthermore, the effects of organizational maturity and management risk on leadership levels are researched. At the same time, the paper demonstrates the strong restrictions of the project life cycle phases to the time scope of leadership, thus project activities and behavior levels are combined correspondingly. Finally, the appropriate strategies of leadership patterns and their improving methods are put forward too.
