摘　　要：可以采取3种措施来提高合作研发绩效:第一种思路是选择“好”的合作伙伴,解决逆向选择问题;第二种思路是采用“好”的组织模式,鼓励成员向合作研发组织贡献自己专有知识和防范机会主义行为;第三种思路是设计“好”的组织机制,减少所谓的“败德行为”。由于成员之间的合作关系是动态的,为了提高合作研发组织绩效,需要就这些动态合作关系进行深入研究。This paper focuses the three ways of enhancing cooperative R＆D performance. The first is to select good partners for resolving the famous problem about Adverse Selection. The second is to adopt good organization modes for keeping away the potential opportunistic behavior involved in contributing own know-how to the alliance during the course of cooperation. The third is to design good organizational mechanisms for reducing the degree of moral hazard. It is more important to study the dynamic relationship between partners.
