摘  要:目的探讨链球菌制剂SM对不同肿瘤细胞生长的抑制作用.方法将不同浓度的链球菌制剂SM分别与7种肿瘤细胞和正常人外周血淋巴细胞共同孵育不同时间后,以MTT法检测其对7种肿瘤细胞的直接抑瘤作用及经诱导后的外周血淋巴细胞对K562和Raji细胞的细胞毒效应.结果链球菌制剂SM浓度在1~2KE·mL-1时,对7种肿瘤细胞均有直接的增殖抑制作用,与对照组相比有明显差异(P<0.01),对SHG-44细胞和S180细胞的GI50为1~2KE·mL-1, Hela,Raji和H22细胞大于2KE·mL-1,其余细胞介于两者之间.经诱导后的外周血淋巴细胞对K562和Raji细胞均有明显的细胞毒效应.尤其浓度为0.125~0.031 KE·mL-1时,与对照组相比有明显差异(P<0.05).结论链球菌制剂SM具有直接和间接的抑瘤效应,其作用与药物浓度有关,且对不同肿瘤细胞的敏感性存在一定的差异.Objective To study the inhibition of various ceils growth by Streptococcal Preparation SM . Methods Different concentrations of Streptococcal Preparation SM were incubated with seven kinds of tumor ceils and the peripheral blood lymphocytes(PBL) of normal persons for different time. Then the anti-tumor effects of the Streptococcal Preparation SM on those tumor cells were detected by MTT method and the cytotoxic activity of the induced PBL against K562 and Raji ceils was also determined. Results 1 - 2 KE·mL^-1 Streptococcqal Preparation SM can directly inhibit the proliferation of the tumor ceils, compared with control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). The GI50 on SHG-44 and S180 ceils are 1 - 2 KE·mL^-1, on Hela, Raji and H22 are high than 2 KE·mL^-1, and the others were between the two. The PBL induced by Streptococcal Preparation SM showed a significant inhibit effect on K562 and Raji ceils, especially at 0. 125 - 0.031 KE·mL^-1, compared with control group ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Streptococcal Preparation SM has direct and indirect antitumor effect,which was related with its concentration and its sensitivity on different tumor ceils.
