摘  要:目的了解不同性质颈动脉斑块脑梗死患者的血hs-CRP与纤维蛋白原水平。方法对88例颈内动脉系统的急性脑梗死患者进行颈动脉彩超检查,根据结果分成不稳定斑块组、稳定斑块组、无斑块组。同时行血高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、纤维蛋白原水平(FIB)检测。结果①不稳定斑块组血hs-CRP、FIB水平均高于稳定斑块组、无斑块组,血hs-CRP、FIB水平异常者比例也高于其他两组,血hs-CRP与FIB呈正相关;②Logistic回归分析示hs-CRP与不稳斑定块有关。结论不同性质颈动脉斑块脑梗死患者的血hs-CRP与FIB水平存在着差异,hs-CRP是一项独立的新的脑梗死的危险标志,并与FIB存在一定关系。Objective To know the serum hs-CRP and frbrinogen level in cerebral infarction patients with different characteristic carotid atherosclerotic plaques. Method The ultrasonography was performed in the carotid arteries of all the 88 patients with cerebral infarction located in arteriae carotis intema system. According to the result, patients were divided into unstable plaque group,stable plaque group and nonplaque group. Serum high-sensitive C-reactive protein (hs- CRP) and fibrinogen (FIB) level was detected. Result ① Serum hs-CRP and FIB level in unstable atherosclerotic plaques group were higher than those in stable plaques group, nonplaque group, and ration of abnormal serum hs-CRP and FIB level in unstable atherosclerotic plaques group were also higher than those in others. ② Logistic regression analysis showed that the serum hs-CRP level was related to unstable atherosclerotic carotid plaques( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion There were some difference in serum hs-CRP and FIB level among cerebral infarction patients with different characteristic carotid atherosclerotic plaques, hs-CRP maybe an independent risk marker of cerebral infarction, and there were correlationship between hs-CRP and FIB.
