摘　　要：目的提高脑室-腹腔分流术的治疗水平,减少并发症的发生。方法报告非肿瘤性成人脑积水V-P术后15例并发症,并结合文献进行讨论。结果主要并发症是分流管梗阻和感染,其它可出现颅内出血、癫痫、腹部症状等。结论脑室-腹腔分流术的并发症率较高,需重视手术适应证的选择、手术操作技巧和术后处理。Objective To improve surgical outcome of V-P shunt and to reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications. Methods 15 cases of postoperative for NTAHC complications were analyzed and discussed and the literature was reviewed. Results The main complications were obstruction of the catheter and infection. Others were intracranial hemorrhage, epilepsy, brain herniation. Conclusion The incidence postoperative complication V-P shunt remains high and we have to pay attention to the selection of indications, surgical skills and oostooerative care.
